My Breakfast Stir Fry:

I begin, literally, every day with a filling stir fry. If I start my morning feeling full it’s a lot easier for me to “be good” for the rest of the day.

I constantly change what I put in them, but they’re always delicious.

Today’s stir fry consisted of almost a pound of shirataki noodles, one cup of soy bean sprouts, 4 oz of leftover pork picnic shoulder roast, 1 tbsp “Smart Balance with Olive Oil,” garlic powder, onion powder and fresh ground black pepper.

Total calories?

265.

You’ve gotta love that.

Yum!!!! Tonight I'm making a shirataki stir-fry, too. Seven oz. of shirataki noodles, 1 cup of bean sprouts, Pam, a tiny bit of sesame oil, soy sauce, shrimp and maybe a little teriyaki sauce. Yes, please!!!!!
