Looking for new Friends!

Hi Everyone :)

My name is Ashley and I am from Ontario! I am currently down 17 pounds! I have around 13 pounds to go!!!

I love all my fitness Pal friends! However looking for new friends who can help me and I can help them :)

I work out two times day! I do 30 Day Challenges in the morning! I started with the 30 Day Shred, I have moved onto Weights/Cardio this month and in May I will be doing ripped in 30! I also workout at night time mixing it up between Bootcamp; Stair climber and running, I am also starting to lift weights more!

  • Hey Ashley, I'm new around here as well,
    I've always been focused on food mainly and now I can see that it's more about
    movement, sports and stuff like that. And I definitely want to feel that buzz and get fully involved in workouts,
    how about motivating each other?
