Hi im Graham and im fat lol, im 5ft 7" and 18 st 3 lbs i need to lose some weight, i need all the help i can get

    Welcome and we are hear to help, and as i would call us with extra weight we are unique and have padding for the winter its now time to trim for the summer. enjoy

    you've always needed help lol. all i can say is ive found the best motivation and some of the best friendships (with people you dont actually know lol) from this site, they give you it all, motivation, support, advice and an occasional kick up the bottom lol
