    you have done so well. what an acheivement. i was 92 kg when i started my weight loss, after a year of getting pretty much no where my bf showed my mfp and began my mfp journey on 2rd jan 2012 at 89 kg now 81kg which is 178lbs. still got 3 kg till my goal weight.
    aimed to hit this by the time i hit 30 in dec. so far ahead of target i'll re set goal when i hit it. my idea wold be 68kg i think. cos i'm broad any less and i'll look ill.

    but seeing sucess stories like yours inspire me to carry on and that my goal weight is in reach.
