hello all, i have done both slimming world & WW, but have decided to try good old calorie counting, this sight seems to have it all, but not sure I'm getting it right..
i have been given 1380 cals a day, is it right that i can eat those plus my exercise calories or just those 1380.

    This site really works! Just keep at it! And yes, eat back those exercise calories.

    You'll get different advice from different people, but I would recommend eating your calories back. You can add me as friend if you'd like.

    Hi, you can eat your calories from exercising, your body requires more fuel. the original cal limit this site gives you is for if you are not active at all. Eat small meals frequently, making healthy choices to keep your metabolism up! And, drink lots of water!
