On my Facebook status, I posted that my doctor had found, not only weight loss, but also an unexplained one and a half inches in height. Friends were all over the place, wondering what in the world might be causing this, and I didn't let the cat out of the bag until this afternoon. I'm only four foot eleven inches, and I'm going to be 42 this year, so it's highly unlikely I'm gonna experience a (vertical) growth spurt any time soon LOL :)

My ad-blocker convinced me that it had replaced all of my advertisements with cat photos....... I had taken it seriously and dismissed it having thought to myself "Well, cat pictures are better than seizure-inducing advertisements... I suppose I can settle for these."

Later on in the afternoon, I read an article that had discussed several April Fools pranks that companies played on their customers/users. I got pranked/trolled.

    Thanks, Ad-Blocker Plus!

I stayed in bed until 2:30pm so I wouldn't have to be subjected to lame April Fool's jokes.

None, I'm not very creative. But, I'm getting really bored with the lame fake pregnancy gags people post on their FB every single year.

You ate their lunches? That's kinda douchy.

Me and my boyfriend pretended to get married. A few days prior we posted on facebook "can't wait to go ring shopping tomorrow!" to set the scene. Technically it wasn't a lie, because we did go to China town the next day to find a $10 fake engagement ring. April fools we changed our relationship status, uploaded the picture of me wearing the ring. We had tons of people congratulate us and tell me how pretty the ring was.
    It was great.

ohhhh... I dislike the pranks.. I'm such a shy person and I HATE when I'm a victim of pranks lol. I always warn my friends to never ever prank me, because I'm gonna be sooooo mad. I'm not sure if I'd really be that mad, but I just hope that warning them would keep me safe lol.

I was so happy the 1st of April was in the weekend this year, I had an excuse to stay away from those dangerous, dangerous people with a "bigger than I can handle" sense of humor

I was fooled!! Security guards at work told me that I had left my hand-break off and my car had rolled down the hill and crashed into another car.

They were so serious so totally fell for it!! :grumble:

I left notes on all the registers at work saying they weren't working and you had to press a certain spot on the screen and HOLD that spot to make them work...

I have NO Idea how it went over because I wasn't at work yesterday. :) I'm going to find out this afternoon if anybody actually fell for it. My coworker who helped me prepare the notes figured it was SO obviously an April Fools Joke...

And my prank was lame because it's a workplace and I was very limited in the scope of what I could do without getting into SERIOUS trouble.

I posted that myself (22 years old) and my boyfriend (20 years old) were "ready to settle down and have kids, because we won't be fertile forever!" via my facebook status

We both openly don't care for children, so our close friends caught on--but we did get a couple of people :)

A friend of mine announced her pregnancy on April 1st. I laughed. i REFUSED to believe it.... she really was pregnant and really did have a baby. Whenever I see their beautiful baby I tell them it isn't a REAL baby it's just a long extended April Fools prank... clearly.
