Steak and Portabella Mushroom
1 serving Top Round Sirloin Thin sliced
1 Portabella Mushroom sliced
1/2 Clove of garlic
1/8 cup All natural Apple Juice
Spinach (raw)
1/2 oz of New york Sharp Chedder
1 tbls Olive oil
In a sauce pan on warm heat place mushrooms, apple juice, garlic, olive oil, add a pinch of sea salt and cover...cook mushrooms to desired tenderness. When mushrooms are almost done place sirloin in the sauce pan and continue cooking everything together on low heat/warm to desired meat temp...cover. When steak is almost done add Chedder to top of steak and cover until cheese is melted.
On a plate place spinach leaves(raw) on plate and pour mushrooms, steak, cheese and juices ontop and enjoy!
