30DS Level 2 - why do people hate it?

I just started 30DS level 1 yesterday, but I keep reading posts about everyone hating level 2. Why is that? What's wrong with it? LOL

    It's harder. I found the cardio to be more tiring and the arm exercised were killer. You'll soon see!

    I found it to be a lot of shoulder-stress. Although personally I grew to wish I were back on Level 2 once I hit the jumping-exercises (plyometrics?) in Level 3. Watch out for injury, but if it's "good pain," it will be totally worth it for the awesome arm-toning!
  • Planks, planks, and planks. And Jillian. And planks.
  • It kills your shoulders and you do a lot of plank work. The Cardio is kicked up a notch and very tiring! Hang in there, you will see! :)
