Today after I came home from running I changed to into my regular clothes and I suddenly felt chills all over my body and all I wanted to do was stay under the blankets.
does this happen to anyone else?
or is it just me?

Happens to me but it's pretty cold where I live up north. I know I sweat a lot on the run then as my body cools down my clothes are still wet making me very cold! I usually jump in a hot bath to warm up and ease my muscles. This is usually after a 10+ mile run outside so I REALLY need a bath anyway. :laugh:0

Could me a temp regulation issue or possibly signal diabetes or pre-diabetes. To rule out the latter, check with your MD. For the former, make sure you are doing a good cool down following your run, take a sweater and wear for a while after, maybe a warm shower when you get home, whatever is necessary to allow your body to return to normal temp.0

I live in Houston and I crank up the heater about 30 minutes after I change everyday. I mean, I am soaking wet after a workout so it only makes sense that I'll be cold sitting in the ac0
