    I'll preface this with I was eating really bad. I realize this after I actually start counting calories of course, probably three times what mfp suggests based on my goals. That said, I will have between 1200 to 1500 a day depending on if I've done any activity for the day. I usually walk 3 to 4 times a week and I will be adding in the gym time to alternate days.
