I am currently in the middle of 30DS. Later today I am doing day 5 of level 2. I really like it! Hope to see some major changes in my body by the end.0

Day 2 of level 1.. I should be on 3 but I didnt so it yesturday.. its tough but it feels so good when you are done..0

I am doing 30DS in 30 days-no breaks :sad: It is kicking my butt, today was D1 L3 wow what a work out! I love it- have lost at least 20 inches and 7 lbs!!! Feeling great!!! I am moving on to Ripped in 30 next then Insanity :noway: Maybe by fall I can look good and go shopping
