Monday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Push-ups

Let's see if we can do 100.

Starting today the new rules are:
You can break them up into sets but your first set MUST be as many as you can do in one set. In other words, we want to build up our strength to do these exercise.

Do them the hardest way you can and make sure you follow proper form which ever way you decide to do them.

The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
Have them done before midnight. "Midnight" is when YOU go to bed.

My challenges are open to all. You can log these as calisthenics.

    I am in. 50 down, 50 to go. I have to do them cheater style against the wall because I have a bad shoulder. Have not done push-ups in a while. I am going to be sore tomorrow.

    I suck at doing push-ups but practice makes perfect.

    I'll try to get 100 in before I go to bed tonight. :)

    OMG... 100? My goal is to be able to do more than 5 regular pushups, I suck at them! LOL - So I will try and see how many full or 1/2 pushups I can do tonight!!! Thanks for the motivation! hehe

    Done! I did 15 on my first set and every set after that hurt like crazy... gotta work on upper body more!

    i'm seeing this for the first time at close to 9 and i just got in from a grueling bike ride/don't think i did a push-up since 1997, but i'll give it a shot!


    too weak. i'm putting it on book for Tuesday and i'll let you know how it goes! -ric
