    Just started back at the gym yesterday, I've been waiting for two months to get my finances in order, anyway so my iPod consists mainly top 40's hits but also a bit of hip hop, jazz, rock, old songs, slow mellow summery kind of songs, 90s hits anything really haha even tv shows or theme songs that I find cool to listen to while I'm working out :)

    I got the c2 5k (free)app. I can listen to music and it chimes in when it's time to change from run to walk
