  • Right now I'm using my elliptical on medium intensity for 30-40 minutes a day and then follow that with light weights and a mixture of P90X moves I can find on YouTube. I just started seriously working out again about 10 days ago. I'm sore!

    I am almost the dirty thirty, but am also in need of more friends and preferably people who are dedicated and motivated. I enjoy mfp friends who comment and encourage. I workout at least 6 days a week and still have 20 pounds to go. If anyone here is down to empower one another, hit me up!!!

  • I love me some elliptical too. I usually do 8-10 pound free weights on my arms. I use weight machines for my legs.
