    Heylo,
I looked at your diary, and agree, you are not eating enough. You are heating healthy, and thats great, but if you dont eat enuf, your body will go into starvation mode.
    Wish you success,

You make very healthy choices which is great!

I would suggest swapping some of the fruit for some healthy fats.... almonds, walnuts, peanut butter on rice thins. Or even cheese. You are always falling under on daily fat. It's been shown that a certain amount of healthy fats help with satiety (keeping full) and in turn weight loss. Even olive oil is great.

Like turnleftnow suggests, maybe eating more, adding these fats to your daily calories rather than swapping with something else may get you going off the plateau.

    Good luck :)

On the whole it's not bad - I would suggest tracking sugar, you're eating a lot of fruit, and that much sugar can have an impact.

But 2 weeks isn't a very long time.
  • eat more hun even if you feel full, our bodies are wierd.. maybe you need to change your workout routine if you workout, little things like upping your cals or changing ur workout routine will break a plateau... I've lost alot eating 1400-1600 cals daily.. soon i will start eating 1700-1800 cals..
  • Try upping your calories, there are plenty of threads on here about success in breaking a plateu by upping your cals.

Watch your sugar and sodium and drink plenty of water. You can add these to your diary to track as well.

    Good luck!

Two weeks isn't very long, I agree. I personally think you should stick with your diet plan, but try adding in more exercise. Not necessarily longer periods of exercise, but maybe instead try a more intense workout routine. Good luck! :) Your food choices and your diary looks pretty darn good to me!

You DEFINITELY need to eat more! Also I am not sure what you were doing before but it takes your body a min of 2 weeks to a month to adjust to a new way of eating or way of working out. So if you just stared, give it some time! If you have been at your training and diet plan for a while, change it up. Lift heavier or lighter, walk instead of run, or row or do HIIT training, circut train or superset some lifts. If you are not lifting weight, start.

But number one, eat more good quality food. You could even supplement in a protein shake if you wanted but it's always better to choose lean cuts of meat, poultry, or fish. Also, a good multi vitamin, and make sure your drinking enough water!

    Hope that helps!

At 200lbs you are not eating enough if you are eating 1200 calories a day - you need to eat more!!

Have a look at this thread - it gives you all the information you need to calculate how much you need to eat.

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/538381-in-place-of-a-road-map

I weigh 210lbs - and eat at least 1750 to 2300 calories a day. Weightloss is slow - but going down bit by bit...
