What do you go to when you need to munch? I love almonds (high calories though) and popcorn!

Now I need some new ideas! Thanks!

  • My new favorite is low fat laughing cow cheese spread on wheat thin flatbread crackers. YUMMY!! I also like Quaker mini rice cakes...the apple cinnamon flavor. Another YUMMY! =)

Materne GoGo Squeez Applesauce is great on the go, I also love the Annie's Cheddar Bunnies and snack mixes. I also love 100 calorie bags of popcorn.

My latest favorite is a baggie of baby carrots (25 cals) with 2 wedges of light creamy swiss laughing cow cheese (70 cals). And I don't particularly care for carrots, but was trying to expand my veggie intake. This combo rocks.

I like to have fun with my snacks and make combinations!

    Apple with PB & cinnamon
"Banana split" with honey & cinnamon (sometimes I get crazy and add pb and raisins)
greek yogurt w/ honey and fruit
    carrots & hummus
ants on a log (celery, pb & rasins)
    trail mix
frozen mangoes (helps you eat slower and less)

Babybel light (35 cal), source yogurt (30 cal), can soup (when hungry in between meals), sugar free gum, or brush your teeth... this last one is not a snack, but stops you from eating one:-)

    From your pic I'd say it's ice-cream! :P

But yeah that doesn't sound too bad, I should give it a go. I personally like a handful of licorice or some yoghurt. For the huge cravings I usually have a coffee with a few biscuits.

I just found a jar of chocolate peanut butter at the grocery store. Very yummy, little spoon satisfies cravings. Oh and apple straws, you can find them at Walmart and Sams in the chip aisle, (I didn't like the veggie straws)
  • Greek yogurt, apples, cucumbers with lime, cheese and crackers, almonds. I really need more variety.
  • i like pasta..its my fav !!
  • HELP! I'm having a mental block. Can someone please remind me how to "create a recipe". I can do it, no problem, on my phone or ipod, but can't see where to click to begin on my pc. Thanks in anticipation :-)
  • It's OK, panic over - I've sussed it. Job done.
