DON'T EAT IT.0

For you to post you must be feeling guilty. Granted it wasnt the best choice but it is about making lifestyle changes that you can live with. Everyone has to treat themselves now and again. Just try to gradually improve your diet. One fast food meal wont kill you0
-
No, it is not wrong - answered as I am eating the last bite of my chicken biscuit from McDonald's with 410 calories. Nothing is wrong in moderation or as an occasional treat. I do not eat chicken biscuits every day, but a couple of times a month, I just get the craving and I have to get it.0

Everything in moderation. Enjoy0

I don't see a problem with it. I eat what I want - all in moderation. Deprivation = backlash (in my experience).
Of course, you will also get strong opinions in the opposite direction on this one.0 -
A 340 calorie breakfast sounds fine - I wouldn't worry over it.
Yes it's probabaly high in fat, but no doubt it has a good bit of protein too. As a once on a while treat - why not?0 -
Eat it! You have the rest of the day to stay on track!0
-
As long as you count the calories and stay within your limits for the day what is wrong with treating yourself once in a while0

Feeling guilty over what you eat is counterproductive. Did you enjoy it? Then it was not wrong to eat it.
340 calories for a breakfast that fills you up and keeps you satisfied for a few hours is perfectly reasonable.0 -
Mmmmm fast food breakfast, truly one of life's guilty pleasures. No one will ever convince me that eating the occasional Egg McMuffin, Crossan'wich, or Bacon Egg, and Cheese Bagel (Dunkin' Donuts Breakfast sandwiches are so, so good) is a bad thing. All food is fine in moderation. Eating it all day every day, not so good. Eating it a few times a week, not so bad. Balance.0

Exactly, Moderation!
However, you culd have made your owns at home and it would have been alot better for you, and probably even tasted better! But sometimes, we just get those cravings!0 -
If you're trying to lose weight and change the way you eat, and you come here for advice on whether or not to eat burger king for breakfast (regardless of how many calories it has)... My obvious answer as someone who wants to support your goals is to say "resist the temptation".0

Just drink a lot of water today...I'm sure that little bugger is loaded with sodium!0
-
If it fits in my calorie goal and I like it, I'll eat it! I had a Chick Fil A breakfast burrito this morning! And BK breakfast is one of my favorites, so I'll have that every now and again!0
-
I'm surprised it’s so low in cals, good for you!
I’m not going to give you the moderation speech, you know it, you aren’t 5.....0 -
I think in moderation. I had a bagel from tim hortons with strawberry cream cheese. Whatever, it fits into my calories. Enjoy it. Just don't make it a habit0
-
Sounds like a bad idea, you better give it to me instead.0
-
i budget for and eat fattening foods occasionally.
the key is keeping track of everything and budgeting for it.0 -
just remember to work out or eat something EXTRA healthy later to balance it out!!
Don't feel guilty, food it meant to be enjoyed not to feel like a hang man noose around your neck.0 -
I had a 1200 calories ginormous burger with guacamole on it yesterday. I do not feel guilty.
Don't feel bad. At least you kept it in your calorie goal0 -
Don't worry about it, don't let it bother you at all.
What's more important is that you're paying attention to what you're eating and how much. You are so aware that you looked up how many calories the sandwich has, made a post over here, and you're probably thinking of ways to exercise it away tonight.
You are so different than a lot of folks who go to the drive-thru several times a week without a thought in their head what's going into their body.
You will be just fine. And soon you're going to learn that the occassional fast food sandwich doesn't derail your fitness plan one bit.
Keep up the hard work, you're doing great!0 -
so, now that you've eaten it, you're asking permission?0

It is entirely and utterly up to you.
Personally, I don't touch any takeaway burgers anymore, they are too full of carbs and make me crave more.0 -
"I don't eat it every day" is an example of excuses people make when they don't lose weight. I noticed your ticker hasn't moved... I'm sorry to see that... But making choices like not eating BK for breakfast is what's going to help you lose the weight you want. When you have started to see progress, then having a "treat" once in a while isn't such a bad thing. But figuring out how to balance occasional treats with better everyday eating is part of the process, and I don't think you should ignore it.0
-
340 calories for breakfast is not really that bad. Enjoy it ... it does not sound like you're planning to do so every day!0
-
Like everyone's been saying, moderation. I eat whatever I want as long as I fit it into my calorie budget. Haven't given up anything yet, just cut back. Enjoy it!0
-
as long as you had a diet coke with it then its fine0
-
Life is about moderation!
Don't let the guilt get you down. You enjoyed yourself this morning and now for the rest of the day you can stay focused and eat right.0 -
"I don't eat croissan'wiches everyday... but when I do.... they have bacon and cheese."0
-
I'm not a very fast food breakfast, lunch or dinner type of girl ..however my weakness has always been GREAT REAL FOOD... like a big steak, or chinese buffet...hee heee.. I don't do this often... but maybe... if I can.. once a month. I treat myself to a cheating meal Not a cheating day but a cheating meal. So, it's ok but get right back in that gear...0
