Filling Foods - Help!

Hey Pals,
I don't have a problem exercising (infact, I'm getting ready to start the 30 Day Shred! Pray for me, LOL). However, I find where my issue is comes with food and staying full! Whenever I start eating working out and eating healthy, I notice I eat like a little rabbit...lettuce, oats, fruit, trail mix etc. But the only food that fills be up seems to be fattening and there's not a lot of variety in my healthy choices.

Anyway, are there any filling foods that you suggest? I know I definitely need to up my water intake, but that does through me quickly anyway so it leaves me hungry again.

Thanks!

  • Hiya :) Try making meat and vegetable soups, loaded with a heap of flavour and they are good for you! My mum loads them up with heaps of garlic, defrosted spinach, lentils, grated carrots, celery, and other veges, etc and either beef or chicken! She makes a huge pot and it makes like 10 big bowls of it, plus no fat or anything, and it keeps you full for ageeees! Sooo yumm I'm craving some now haha gonna ask my mum to make it! :) Lol I eat it all year round no matter the season haha :) Good luck with your weight loss! :)

There's nothing wrong with fat in the right amounts. You might want to reassess your diet and add some back in if you've cut them out completely.
