Weight loss banner

I see on alot of people's messages that they have a banner at the bottom that tells how much weight they have lost or how much they have to go till they reach there goal. how go i get that on mine?

    Go to 'Tools" at the top of you page (tools is on the right). There is a Weight Loss Ticker, click on that and it will give you a code that you have to copy and paste. let meknow if you get it. i made mine a while ago and i kind of had to play around w/ it

    Hate to sound stupid, but where do you paste it? I created the ticker & see the code, but now what?

    You go to your Home tab, Settings, and click Change Forum Signature. Then you can paste it and any thing else you want to show up on your signature. :flowerforyou:
