NORMAL is where you wanted to be! But Normal is no word to describe where you have been or where you are going...
Congratulations!! How long was your journey?

Grat! 24.9 is my BMI goal too! not focusing on the pounds or the dress size...but BMI is what I'm going for.

First of all - YOU are AMAZING ! ! Your journey looks like it's been quite successful ! ! So I have some questions for you:

    1) How long has it taken you?
    2) What would you attribute your success to - for the most part - watching calories, more exercise, etc?
    3) Ever hit a plateau, and if so, what did you do to get beyond it?
    4) Did you have any medical problems at the first? Or what health benefits have you experienced?? How are you feeling now?
    5) Any other tips you want to share??

I would absolutely LOVE to hear your story ! ! Will you share some of it with us??

    :flowerforyou:

Thanks so much for posting this - you inspire me ! !

WOW!!! You look so incredible I had to stare at both pictures for awhile...because it doesn't even look like you. You look so much more youthful and radiant! Way to go and your story is definitely an inspiration to me and my weight loss journey! Thank you! xoxo
