Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Stayed within calories, drank water, and exercised ... it's all good

What would I have done differently?
More veggies

What is today's personal goals?
Stay within calories, drink water, and exercise for at least 30 minutes.

    No - went over by a margarita

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    No

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Made good food choices at lunch (Olive Garden company meeting leftovers) and dinner (Bubba Gump's with friends) even though they were challenging

    What would I have done differently?
    NO margarita ... I almost skipped it (knew I should) .. but felt pressured to be sociable :mad:

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within calories, drink water, and exercised this morning already for 60 minutes at the Y

    Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    I did an upper body strength workout after putting the kids to bed to avoid couch/snacking syndrome.

    What would I have done differently?
    Spent more time stretching after my C25K run at lunch hour, but was running behind (no pun intended :laugh: )

    What is today's personal goals?
    Work out tonight to make up for a semi-bad choice at lunch and still trying for day 2 of 96oz of water :drinker: !

    :drinker: Ok that's what I am not proud of :sad:

    What would I have done differently?
    I need to get back on track and remember how much better I feel when eating right! The greasy food and beer only tastes good while eating - the rest of the time it's bad bad.

    Made Fish and Green Beans for supper when I felt like slapping together a quick unhealthy sandwich.

    What would I have done differently?
    Made my hike last a bit longer ... it feels so good

    What are today's personal goals?
    I have to go to an all you can eat restaurant tonight so I want to make healthy choices.

    Came home and walked two miles instead of crashing on the couch.

    What would I have done differently?
    Made a better choice at lunch by looking up where we were going & checking out the nutritional information before and "guessing" at what might be a healthier choice.

    What are today's personal goals?
    It's kinda late, but I would have put work out, track my calories and stay within my limits, and drink 96 oz of water. I've already done all of that - unless I end up snacking tonight :huh:
