This would be a great way to jump start my weight loss! I am going to try to piggy back my 10lb weight loss with my group: NO SCALE APRIL. Hopefully I can lose 10 pounds in the month of April without obsessing about the number day to day. Time to continue eating healthy, getting out in the sun and burning some calories. Good luck to you all, keep posting your motivation to keep us all going!!

up until 3 days ago i was 179! i have gained 1lb instead of losing it. although it is entirely my fault. i havent made a diet/meal plan yet & just go back to my habit of ordering in indian takeaway meals :grumble:
and i want to keep my exercise regular but there are some days when i just cant find the time to do it.
i've still got 27 days. I CAN DO IT. hopefully.0
