Hey I've never posted properly before so go easy on me!
Started at about 95kg at the start of the year and have got thus far through just dieting on a 1,250 a day and I find it's easy (just drink lots) NO EXERCISE ?!
I'm 185cm
My goal is 75kg and once i reach that my goal is bump up the exercise, maybe try p90x or something and get some "toning" on the go whilst maintaining the weight
BEFORE(start of year):
Now:
Personalyl i can see a massive difference off my MAN BOOBS! lol
My BMI will be around 22 at 75kg when I get there which I feel is perfect WISH ME LUCK
DIET really is 90% of losing weight, exercise helps, but it isn't a necessity!

Great weight loss! Adding some exercise would be a great idea and I'm sure everything else would just melt off! Keep up the great food logging that I'm sure you're doing0
