Hey I've never posted properly before so go easy on me!

Started at about 95kg at the start of the year and have got thus far through just dieting :) on a 1,250 a day and I find it's easy (just drink lots) NO EXERCISE ?!

I'm 185cm :)
My goal is 75kg and once i reach that my goal is bump up the exercise, maybe try p90x or something and get some "toning" on the go whilst maintaining the weight :)

Personalyl i can see a massive difference off my MAN BOOBS! lol

My BMI will be around 22 at 75kg when I get there which I feel is perfect :) WISH ME LUCK



DIET really is 90% of losing weight, exercise helps, but it isn't a necessity!

    Great weight loss! Adding some exercise would be a great idea and I'm sure everything else would just melt off! Keep up the great food logging that I'm sure you're doing :)
  • Thanks :) Yea thought I would do one thing at a time so I don't end up overwhelming myself as I've done numerous times in the past!
