Coffee question

As i sit here sipping my delicious coffee out of my adorable monogrammed mug, i was wondering..how do y'all take your coffee??

i use folders chocolate swirl coffee, two splenda, a touch of almond milk. YUM.

    I squeeze in a 60 calorie coffee every day.. I need it. I use real sugar, and a little coffee mate.

    Down someone else's throat, lol. Can't stand the stuff, hubby takes his with milk and two sugars, although I have switched him to 2 sweeteners. He saves 15 calories per cup this way and as he drinks an average of 8 cups a day, that's 120 calories I have just saved him. Lol.

    We actually make our coffee with cinnamon in the grounds. A little bit of sugar and it's the best hands down.

    Milk and sugar. 50% milk to coffee ratio, with 3 tbs of sugar (per 8oz mug generally).

    I am kind of like that with mine, I prefer anything that is "extra bold" so I can just have one cup and then I am done. I am not an avid coffee drinker by any means, maybe 2x/week and then skipping the next week.

    Starbucks - Sumatra Dark - Kcup, 1 KCup 5 cals
    Coffee Mate French Vanilla Liquid - Coffee Creamer, 2 tbs 70 cals (sometimes just one)
    Sugars - Granulated (sucrose), 1 tsp 16 cals

    Starbucks, Iced with just cream. I have never used sugar in my coffee. :-)
