New and lonely, add me up!

Hi,
I just started here and really want to loose some weights. I am 24, a student and dont feel comfortable with my body anymore. Last time I tried to loose weights, I almost got my perfect weight, but then I gained a lot again with last christmas...
I hope I will succeed this time. I appriciate any advise. Really dont want to do this alone.

    I've been through the same thing. I have put on a lot of weight because of my lifestyle and while preparing for my medical school boards, I had no exercise at all, all I did was sit there day in and out and study. I have to make a change and I started today. I heard about this website from a friend who lost over 40 pounds and I'm going to give it a shot.
    I think my biggest problem is just eating when I'm not even hungry at all. I'm going to add in exercise and have water at my desk always.

    We should motivate each other it should be fun :)

    You don't have to do this alone. I've been there.... its a daily battle, but we can win the war. I'm 24 and a student as well. Feel free to add me and we can do this together through the good and bad days. :happy:
