Me and my Fiancé before and after

I have posted my progress before with pictures but one of them had a picture of me and my fiancé with her cut off the side of the image and I was asked to show a picture of us then and now.

The picture below is the actual picture which inspired me to lose the weight as when I saw it I did not like what I saw and was determined to not look like that, 14 month later and the now picture was taken just a week ago. I feel a lot better looking at that picture than the old one!

I am at my very heaviest in this picture but this is us together!

    very well done, congrats. how much did you weigh starting out?

    My weight was up and down at this time and I was not on my fitness pal but I was just about 21 stone here. I lost a stone and put a stone back on before using my fitness pal because I cut out all the foods I ate a lot of and after losing a stone I ate them again and put the weight back on really quick!

    My fitness pal has been an amazing help!
