This is AWESOME. It's spicy and creamy and around 350 calories.
Mix together:
2 cups of cabbage
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup canned corn
5 tbsp salsa
1/4 - 1/2 avocado
2 tbsp light sour cream - mix with 1-2 minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
Put it in your mouth.

            ** If you're a meat-eater you can throw on a chicken breast0

            Yum! This looks great!0

Sounds good!! Is the 350 calories for the whole thing?0
 -
Yep! Including the avo and sour cream and everything!0

(Okay technically it's 380... but with all that chewing it's bound to shave off 30.)0

I heard that this salad is good to reduce upper body fat and the sour cream is very important to that
. It was on Dr. Oz (if you listen to the tv "dr.'s" lol) last week. There is a supplement(?) you take along with the plan to help lose upper body fat naturally with results after five days. I hate black beans tho so I haven't tried it yet. Thanks for the recipe. I like to cook, and I'm teaching my daughter to chop so this could be worth swallowing a few beans. (Maybe lol) 0 -

I've been on a cabbage kick lately so I so have to try this. Thanks!0

Even better when you let it sit overnight - the sour cream kind of soaks into the cabbage and makes it creamier.

I'm having it for lunch again today! Wahoo!0 -
            Thanks!0
