Stay at home mom looking to get healthy

I would love to have some other mom friends, but even if you're not a mom I'd love the extra support and will do my best to return it!

I had my son in January 2011 and got back to my pre-pregnancy weight pretty quickly thanks mostly to breastfeeding exclusively for the first 6 months. My abs are still very weak and I was a bit overweight before I got pregnant, so I really want to lose about 30 pounds (I'm only technically about 5 pounds overweight, but I know I'm healthiest around 130), but more importantly I want to get stronger and eat well (for myself and to set a good example for my son, he only seems to want to eat goldfish crackers!) I want to be able to run around with him and not get tired and be healthy going into my next pregnancy.

I just started 30 Day Shred and stocked my fridge with fresh fruits and veggies. I'm ready to rock this!
