    If you leave the chips off, and then just sprinkle them on top when they're done, the heat will melt them and you can smooth it over with a knife and it would make a sort of thin chocolate ganache-like icing.

    I tried these brownies on the weekend and they were not too bad but most importantly they satisfied my chocolate craving.
    I did tweak it slightly by using whole wheat flour which makes them more denser which I liked and I cut the chocolate in half by chopping up the chips and spreading them around at the end like icing, so mine were actually only 50 cals per piece! I will be making these again.

    ahh brownies are my fav, but they are so full of cals! they look kind of greyish brown/ not the most appealing, but ill def still try them out, thanks!
