hey there!
i could really use some suggestions on where to get good sturdy sports bra's for, um, well endowed women? please help im preparing for a 5k and it hurts wearing 2 bra's every time!

If you're an online shopper, try athleta.com and title9.com, they've got some great supportive sports bras that don't smush the girls. Lululemon also has some great ones (the tata tamer). At Target, Champion makes some farly decent sports bras, as well.

i'm 34H and i go with shock absorber and enell for high impact and goddess and a regulr minimizer bra for low impact0 -
I wear a good regular bra with a sports bra over, every-time. I have yet to find one that really helps (36 D here)0
