Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
No

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes and No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Got in my exercise, didn't have dessert with dinner (I counted my Long Island Iced Tea as my dessert instead of having both). No artificial sweetener.

What would I have done differently?
Didn't need the sweet potato fries.

What is today's personal goals?
Can't get to gym, so try and swim some laps in the pool to get in some exercise. Keep on keeping on.

    105 oz of water, above my goal of 96oz.

    What would I have done differently?
    Paid closer attention to my menu choice - way too much sodium at dinner

    What is today's personal goals?
    C25K day 3, week 2; water water water (trying to do 100oz again), and staying in my calories

    i ate too much, but i feel i ate healthy for the most part

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    i skipped! and i walked home even though i was offered a ride

    What would I have done differently?
    not eat so much hamburger helper, and try to stay awake in this hot heat

    What is today's personal goals?
    i just joined the black challenge group, so i did 150 jumping jacks, now im gonna do my ten minutes of aerobics, and try and eat all my protein for today for the red high heels challenge! maybe do a chapter of stats outside of that!
