Yes, it really does sound good but I found that I can get Schwann's LiveSmart vanilla fat free ice cream that only has 70 calories per 1/2 cup. I also like Kroger light ice cream and even the sugar free and they are usually about 120 calores per 1/2 cup. When it comes to ice cream hey...I gotta go with it. That is the one thing I really truly enjoy for my treats. I have also found that so many dairy queens or seasonal ice cream stores now serve: wow cow, dole whip or other fat free sugar free blends in some super flavors like mango, pineapple, raspberry. Whatever you choose to have.....Enjoy : )~0
