Hello my name is Brittney! I Just stumbled across and old picture of me. Only days before I started my weight loss journey and I thought i would share my excitement with the rest of my hardworking MFPers to help motivate and to also show that it IS possible to have to body you have always wanted! :)
I'm still working on looking even better! But here are my results so far!
Size 12 to size 0 (at AE)!!

This is my progress after a year and 6 months!

    You look amazing. It just goes to show that perseverance and dedication does pay off. It's good to see you put the time frame down too, many people give up if they don't see instant results. good for you for sticking to it and achieving so much. x

    can i just say well done you, you look fantastic. can you give me any tips i have been counting calories for about two months now and only lost two inches on my waist and hips, i also do a zumba dvd for 60 mins 4 times a week but i still dont seem to loose any weight. so frustrating.
