Howdy,
My name is Jay and I have been working on losing weight for the past two years, I have been quite successful, I have droped from 314 to 228, but have been plateaued for the past 4-5 months. I have not altered my weight loss strategy until now.
I have started the paleo diet, which if anyone is not familiar with, it is baically eating whatever cavemen could eat. ( that's why the diet is also referred to as the caveman diet or stone age diet) Fruits, veggies, lean meats, roots, and nuts. So far so good, I have really enjoyed snacking on fruits and such, but I would like some feedback from people whom have tried the Paleo diet.
Please let me know of your experiences, either successes or failures. Thank you so much. And good luck to everyone on this site, you are all such a huge inspiration.
Thanks again, Jay.

this sounds a lot like the mediteranean diet...with exception to the oils and cheeses!0
