NSV - belt

I have a lot of belts that I haven't been able to wear for the past 4 years (2 pregnancies in that time). Finally, I was able to put a belt on (to hold up my jeans that are loose around the waist now!) and get it on the third hole! I was beyond happy.

    That's magnificent!!! belts help see the inches lost too and not just the scale difference. Great job! and keep at it! :)

    Great work! Belts are such an awesome NSV marker. They really show the work you've put in, even sometimes when the scale doesn't.
