Extra Calories - What do you eat?

I upped my calories to my BMR on Monday. Gotta say...it's a LOT easier bugeting now. BUT...today I noticed that after I got all of my food for the day put in, plus my exercise caloires, I have 836 calories LEFT to eat!!
So...seeing as how this NEVER Happens to me, I have no idea what to eat without diving head first into donuts or ice cream! What do YOU eat if you have extra calories? Or can I "save them" for this weekend (bowling saturday night, easter sunday)?

I am the same way every day now. I have a pretty good workout that burns a lot of calories and I find myself with around 1200 calories to burn every night and dinner only eats up half that. I love peanut butter but that's only a few 100. I'm stuffed by that time anyway.0

I do my cardio first thing in the AM, before breakfast. Then I have all day to make up those calories by just adding a little extra to each meal like an extra serving of veg or upping my protein by about half a serving. Or I add in a healthful but higher calorie snack like nuts, dried fruit and cheese when I normally wouldn't have had one. One of my favorite go-to snacks is low sodium turkey and reduced fat Swiss cheese rolled together in a lettuce leaf. If I have calories left in the evening, I sometimes splurge and have a half serving of something sweet like ice cream or a brownie with dinner but mostly I try to stick to Greek yoghurt with fruit, the fruit/nut/cheese I mentioned before or even a bowl of cereal. I treat myself to a small piece of dark chocolate just about every night, so I might have a little more of that than usual too. Saving them works too, I usually count my calories by the week, and do a bit of a zig-zag eating plan so I have some days when I can eat more and not feel guilty for going over a limit.0

Personally I like to save them for the days when my husband wants pizza or steak. But you earned them; do what you'd like!0

I can't ever imagine having lots of calories left that I don't know what to do with... I see these posts all the time and I almost die of jealousy!
If I DID though, I'd have a big bowl of pasta in cheese sauce. With extra cheese grated on top. Followed by a platter of cheese0 -

Zoeluiisa...neither do I! That's why I need ideas so that I don't go overboard! LOL0
