Why am I not loosing the other 20 pounds ?
I have lost 20 in last 4 months but now for last 2 months I am stuck at 155
Please pour in some help suggestions hope - anything welcome
I must not give up and keep going !!!
P.S - Also how can I loose flab on my arms ?

try adding more time to your workout..i workout about 120mins a day..five days a week...0

You might need to adjust your calorie intake. Either up or down, depending on how low/high you were before. Try changing your routine around..working out different days, maybe calorie cycling, increasing your workouts, anything to shake your body up again.0

Tricep extentions for your upper arms. They tighten the underarm flab.
You've hit a plateau...I do often...change up your cardio routine and try adding some light weight training.

this was a great plateau posting from a well educated member.
I have referred back to it many many times.
I have lose approx 1/2 a pound a month since getting to my 30 pound mark. It is hard to lose the last 10-20 pounds as our bodies-especially females-want that extra fat hanging around for emergencies!

I do the reverse push ups. Can use a step or a solid table/chair. Sit with hands holding on by your hips.....move butt off the chair/step and do push ups. This is flabulous for the triceps!!0 -
