I've been toying with the idea of journaling my progress this time, since I'm a writer--I thought perhaps it might help keep me accountable.

Do any of you journal about what you're doing?

I do see the option for blogging, but I don't know if I'd do anything that public.

You don't have to make your blog public I don't think. You can just have an online journal and if you later decide to make it public...you can!

i usually like to keep it public if it is something i was to be "held accountable" for. That way i feel crappy about eating junk food or miss a workout. I have a thread i just opened for a C25K program and a bunch of people have already joined up and we are going to keep each other motivated and whatnot. whatever you decide to do, good luck!

Nope, you can keep your blog private - mine is, and I put stuff for ME there, not for the general public. I think it's helpful..... I can look back and see where I was at the point(s) of my journal entries.... how I felt that week/day.... highs and lows, what's working and isn't working.

Give it a try, I think it's a great idea
