fast food lunch....

Okay I'm just going to be honest. I live to far out to go home for lunch, and I don't like bringning my lunch to the offoce so I grab something on my lunch break. I stopped getting 600 calories for breakfast from mcdonalds ( little box of cereal with milk- 200 calories) and now i'm looking for lunch options that are good but not 1500 calories. Looking for something in the 300-400 range. So far, i've been getting a 6 in ham sandwhich from Subway. Anyone else found anything low calorie but fast food or take out?

    I love subway! you can always make your sub into a salad as well,

    I love subway! I get the grilled chicken sandwich from mcdonalds and the fruit and yogurt parfait they have is good. Or any place that has grilled chicken sandwich.
