Makes 6 servings...I've been serving it on (2) Wasa Multigrain Crispbread with a tablespoon of salsa on top of each one.

3 cans tuna in water, drained
1 cup diced celery
1/3 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped jalapeno pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro
8 Tbsp. light mayo
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder

109 calories, 4g carbs, 6g fat, 11g protein, 1g fiber

With the crackers and salsa the meal is 208 calories. So good! I also considered putting a small spinkle of sharp cheddar cheese...

Awesome, love Tuna Salad, would probably use the nature's own light bread and make a sandwich. Will Try it out
