JM Ripped in 30

Hi all,

For those of you doing Ripped in 30 are you doing this everyday or everyother day?

I started it today after completing the 30DS and just wondering if it is an everyday workout like the 30DS?

    I am going to plan to do it daily. But, if I need a break a day won't hurt. Have done day 24 of 30 DS with only 2 days off (did double up day before). LOL

    I've been doing it 5-6 days a week. JM recommends at least one rest day per week which is good cos I then don't feel guilty if I can't fit it in one day a week.

    I just started it again too. I do it 6 days a week and take Sunday off and do one level per week for 4 weeks.

    JM suggests 5-6 days a week, so I think I'm going to try and do SMT-rest-ThF-rest, then start the new week's video on the sunday. If I'm feeling energized or am not getting any other exercise on the Wednesday I'm going to do it 6 days a week.
