I'm in. I lost 9lbs in March, and my first goal (only in my head, this is the first time I'm putting it in writing) was to lose 20lbs by my brother's wedding (May 5th).

up until 3 days ago i was 179! i have gained 1lb instead of losing it. although it is entirely my fault. i havent made a diet/meal plan yet & just go back to my habit of ordering in indian takeaway meals :grumble:
and i want to keep my exercise regular but there are some days when i just cant find the time to do it.
i've still got 27 days. I CAN DO IT. hopefully.0 -

Hey all,
I want to challenge myself to lose 10lbs the month of April. That's 2.25lbs a week. I would like you all to join me, because we all can benefit from this. We have to weigh ourself on 3/30 or 4/1 and be -10lbs on 4/30! This will be a good challenge to test yourself and see just how strong you really are. Remember it's all mental and as long as you coach yourself and stay grounded you can do this. Have some self-discipline, motivation, patience and determination and you TOO will accomplish anything!!
