    be within +/-50-100, if you tend to over estimate exercise and/or under estimate the amount you eat, then under it, but not by much 50-100.

    I think it is better to hit it, but it is hard to hit it exact. I just try to be within 50-100 cals either way.....

    I think I"ve hit mine exactly all of one time. Being within (above or below) by 50 to 100 calories is my goal!

    i try to be 1-50 calories under. especially since MFP only give me props if i'm under (not if i am right on)
