For those who started 30 Day Shred on March 19...

Who is still holding strong? We are halfway there and I am wondering if everyone is still doing it or if they've called it quits. I am on day 15 today and while I would love for it to be over NOW, I have come too far to stop now. Who else is still working hard?

i have completed day 10 of level 1 this am, ive come to far to quit now, ive had this dvd for yrs & never did go past 3 dys of level 1 until now, so im excited but nervous to start level 2..Yikes!! lol i can def see a diff in my endurance & breathing.... 20 more dys to go0

Me me me!!! I'm actually on Day 13. I'm having this problem with my calves though...they hurt just to walk. It's not the 'good sore' type of pain I have all over my body either. It's REALLY painful. Sometimes they throb just when I'm sitting. Had two rest days in a row over weekend, worked out Monday and Tuesday and they are killing me again.0

I started on the 23rd March, and I'm still doing it.
Already did Level 1, and 2 day's of Level 2.
Today was my first day of rest, and only 'cause I'm in that time of the month and I've awful cramps
Tomorrow will be D03L02 and I hope to do it all until the end with no more rest days.
Since the begining I didn't weight myself, but I already lost a total of 7cm /almost 3 inches)
Differences between 23rd March and 3rd April:
Bust +0.39 in (+1 cm)
Arm -0.39 in (-1 cm)
Waist (navel) -0.79 in (-2 cm)
Waist (tummy) -0.39 in (-1 cm)
Hips -0.79 in (-2 cm)
Thigh -0.39 in (-1 cm)
Calf -0.39 in (-1 cm)
After D05 of Level 1 I did all exerices like Natalie, except the pushups (I did it like Anita).
Now, at Level 2, I try to do all exercises as low as Natalie, but all the planks I do like Anita. All lying down abs exercises I do like Natalie.
Getting stronger day by day :bigsmile:

Still going! I did day 9 of level 1 last night. I will do day 10 tomorrow night. Looking forward to starting level 2 on Friday! Friday night I'll do yin yoga & power flow yoga on Saturday morning.
I've been able to keep up with this schedule for Shred:
Monday (I'd like to Shred, but won't cry if I don't)
Tuesday - Shred
Wednesday - No shred, maybe some cardio or yoga... perhaps a rest day
Thursday - Shred
Friday - Shred in the morning/activity at night (yoga/dancing/Zumba)
Saturday - No Shred, yoga in the morning
Sunday - Rest
This is working for me and I feel like I'm resting enough and accomplishing enough. I could probably get a little more cardio in, but... one step at a time.0
