Howdy, I have a weird question wich will probably sound stupid but you don't know until you ask. ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
So I'm about to go jogging and it's nearly midnight where I'm from. I will definitely run until "tomorrow" and I would like to know how I should log my exercise calories?
I know it's ridiculous but should I count it as an exercise I did today? tomorrow? split it in half? split it how I like it? or does it even matter?
I'm more interested in the solution you would use....
Sorry for wasting your time

For the sake of convenience i would probably log it on the date the run started but either way is fine - it's really what your average is over a few days or a week.0

Well I thought so but last time I had a moral dilemma because I kinda overshot my goal for the day and I had to choose whether to count it on that day and come down to my daily goal or count it for the next day when I knew I wouldn't get any exercise...
Thinking about it now I see that this was a massively stupid question.....0
