Hi Everyone

Hi,

I am new to MFP, I started last week and have already started to notice the difference just in the food intake alone. Holding myself accountable has really changed my choices. I just hope I can keep it going. I would be interested in making some new supportive friends that I can talk to, if anyone is interested please friend me.

    Hi Jodi,

    MFP is really easy to use and i hope that you get on with it as well as i do. I only have 6-8 lbs to lose but keeping track of the good/bad stuff that i am eating is definitely making me think more about what i should be eating :-) enjoy!!
