Hi was just wondering if anyone could give me some good low carb recipes. I just started the low carb diet and would like to learn some tricks on spicing up the food choices.

    I completely agree. They're all low carb and low fat.

    Personally, I am crock pot slow cooking a lot of meat. pork carnitas, salsa chicken breasts, Slow cooked Italian shredded beef.
    This is done for dinner & then I use them for lunch left overs.

    There are some great recipes on Atkins.com. If you register for their site, they send you sample of their products and coupons as well as a carb count booklet too. http://www.atkins.com

    i found a great website, lindasdietdelites.com, awesome reciepes, low carbs and sugar free also gluten free! cawliflower fried rice is amazing!! tons of other things to try, this is the only one i have made so far and no complaints!
