It's time to get serious

I've been working out on and off for about the last 4 years or so. At first I was just messing around with the P90X system. But in just about a month, I got pretty good results all without a diet. So I continued working out with a leisurely schedule, but never eating right. I gained a good amount of muscle, but kept gaining weight.
Now here we are and I went from roughly 150 lbs to pushing 200. I don't look all that overweight, but I feel overweight and I definitely want to see my actual six pack :P.
So I joined My Fitness Pal and am setting that as my goal: to see my six pack!
Yeah!

And while I'm in decent shape, at least muscle wise, I want to be better haha. I want to feel like I'm in great shape0
