Wedding Dress Upper body exercises!

Anyone have any advice for some good moves for my upper body? I'm not very strong (I was a soccer player my whole life, so my legs got all the muscle). My highest weight was 1.5 years ago, when I reach 155. It was right after summer and I was so upset because I started veterinary school, and we had a white coat ceremony, and I couldn't fit in any of my nice pants I had worn just months before.
I lost 8 pounds on my own just through stress and Zumba. But when I got engaged, I was determined to get down to 125-130 for my wedding. I'm now at 134, and only 3 months till my wedding. I'm thrilled with my weight loss, but my arms still don't look toned!
What are some simple exercises that I can do at home and get some definition in my upper body in 3 months? I don't have a lot of time thanks to vet school though...Thanks so much!

Close grip Pullups. If you did that alone you'd kill two birds with one stone.

Pushups!!!!!!! Also, anything working triceps (I like triceps dips, tricep extensions). Also think about going to yoga classes. SO much of yoga is arm strength (in addition to core, leg strength). You can purchase a kick butt yoga video on ITunes called "Yoga Works Body Slims." I recommend that for great arms!0

You should give the upper body workouts from P90X a shot...that's where I noticed a change when I did it! I didn't even know I had shoulder muscles, haha. I found a really cool site that compresses each P90X workout into 90-second clips that show you each move, and goes on to list each one below the video. That's nice because some of the moves have strange names, so it's extremely helpful to actually see them in action.

Feel free to poke around for anything else that strikes your fancy...I don't think you can really go wrong with any sort of exercise0 -
Thanks everyone!! And enough ideas so I can keep a variety!0
