Hi all,
I leave my house at 6am every day for work...i normally grab a protein shake to have in the car then have my breakfast when i get to work. If i make up two slices of wholemeal toast with peanut butter the night before (no toaster at work!) and store in the fridge will it be ok to eat the following morning for breakfast or not?? thanks!

no different then a peanut butter sandwich silly . The bread may just be a little crispy, but cold.
not sure what your concern is0 -
I know lots of people who refrigerate their peanut butter jars. Don't see why you couldn't eat it that way. If you like cold peanut butter, that is. I only like it room temperature.0

It would be ok even if you didn't store it in the fridge. It's bread and peanut butter.0
